CompGears.com only ships to the 50 United States using UPS and FEDEX. We do not ship to international addresses, US Commonwealths, or US Territories at this time. All shipping rates are figured in real time with actual weight and shipping distances from our warehouse in Colorado Springs, CO. You only pay what we are charged by the shipping carrier plus a minimal charge of $1.50 for shipping materials and handling.
Orders received before 12:00 PM (MST) will ship the same business day, subject to payment verification and extreme weather. Payments received by money orders or personal check will be shipped the next business day after funds have cleared our financial institution. If the funds clear our financial institution before 12:00 PM (MST), the order will be shipped the same business day. We strive to ship every order placed before 12:00 PM the same day. Sometimes extenuating circumstances prevent same day shipment, such as extreme weather ect., therefore same day shipment cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping discounts are offered for multiple item orders. The more you purchase, the more you save. For instance, one item may cost $3.00 to ship, where two of the same item may only cost $5.00. Free shipping discounts will be applied on a per item basis. Items with free shipping will be indicated in the product description and cart.
All orders are insured for the purchase price to protect shipments from damage or loss. CompGears.com cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost packages by the shipping company. We will however help our customers to resolve issues with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX regarding a lost or damaged shipment.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a ship confimation email containing your tracking number. This email is a confirmation that your order has been released to the shipping company and is no longer in our warehouse.
